1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Bandar80 ("Bandar80", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bandar80.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Bandar80 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on Bandar80, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of Bandar80 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by Bandar80 for any breach of these Terms.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction that is designated as a restricted territory by Bandar80. Bandar80 reserves the right to update its list of restricted territories at any time without prior notice.

Bandar80 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any winnings accrued through ineligible play.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Bandar80 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — Bandar80 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. It is your obligation to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Bandar80 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify Bandar80's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

Bandar80 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. Verification may be requested at the time of registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time at Bandar80's discretion.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account or last four digits of a bank card).

Bandar80 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 to 48 hours from receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Bandar80 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bandar80 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank PBeBank, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time subject to your payment provider's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform cashier page and are subject to change. Bandar80 does not impose any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Bandar80 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks that may extend this processing time. Withdrawals will only be paid out to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to an alternative method at Bandar80's discretion following a satisfactory verification process.

Players are prohibited from depositing funds sourced from illegal activities. Bandar80 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and will report suspected illegal financial activity to the relevant authorities. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account investigation.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed through Bandar80's sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In the event of a discrepancy between the general terms below and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Player. Bandar80 accepts no liability for bets that were not successfully registered due to network interruption or Platform errors.
• Bandar80 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect odds price. Where bets are voided, the full stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• For live in-play betting, Bandar80 may suspend markets at any time as events develop. Bets accepted before a market is suspended will stand.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to return a payout. One void selection in a Mix Parlay will reduce the parlay to the remaining selections. All selections going void results in a full stake refund.
• Maximum payout limits per bet type and per market are displayed on the relevant betting pages. Bandar80 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual players at its discretion.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are subject to their respective game rules displayed within the game interface. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed on the Platform.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Bandar80 offers a range of promotional incentives to Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are governed by the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless stated otherwise. Bandar80 uses technical and account monitoring tools to identify and prevent bonus abuse.
• Bandar80 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct an investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus misuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, and collusion.
• Bandar80 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bandar80 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by Bandar80.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Arbitrage betting through the systematic exploitation of price differences between Bandar80 markets and third-party bookmakers.
• Providing false, stolen, or third-party payment credentials for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including, but not limited to, identity theft, chargeback fraud, and misrepresentation of account ownership.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law without proper disclosure.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, game software, or RNG systems.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses multiple times.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bandar80 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Bandar80", logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bandar80 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, reverse-engineered, or transmitted in any form without the express prior written consent of Bandar80.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any Platform content.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Bandar80 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bandar80 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication — to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All personal data is held on secure servers and Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts, fully separate from Bandar80's operational capital.

12. Responsible Gambling

Bandar80 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your deposit amount.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or time period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bandar80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if Bandar80 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bandar80's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bandar80 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by network interruptions, technical failures, force majeure events, third-party payment provider errors, or any other circumstances beyond Bandar80's reasonable control. Where a system error or technical malfunction results in an erroneous game outcome, Bandar80 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and restore Account balances to their pre-game state.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

Bandar80 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of third-party payment methods.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• A player self-exclusion request.
• Bandar80 ceasing to operate in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player via the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, including disputes relating to account management, game outcomes, bonus terms, or withdrawal processing, Players are required to follow the internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to Bandar80 customer support via the Live Chat function or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your Account username, date, and a description of the dispute.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: Bandar80 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with Bandar80's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the regulatory framework applicable to Bandar80's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from Bandar80 customer support upon request.

All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this period may not be considered.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Bandar80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Bandar80 will provide reasonable notice to Players by displaying a notification on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on the Account. It remains the Player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform.
